As part of the Garvan Woodland Gardens mission to strengthen our community through horticulture and education, we are working to get kids back outside. Research shows that time spent in nature supports physical health, reduces stress, improves focus, and sparks curiosity and creativity. Whether digging in the soil, planting seeds, or simply exploring outdoors, these experiences help children grow healthier, happier, and more connected to the world around them. 🌱
